How to create a request for exchange?

To create a request, simply navigate to the exchange page, select the cryptocurrency you want to exchange from and to. Enter the amount you wish to exchange, provide your receiving wallet address, and confirm the transaction. No registration is required.

Can I exchange cryptocurrency anonymously?

Yes, you can exchange cryptocurrency anonymously without the need for registration or identity verification.

Can I exchange cryptocurrency to fiat?

At the moment, we only support crypto-to-crypto exchanges. Fiat withdrawals are not available.

How long does the exchange process take?

The exchange process typically takes between 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the blockchain network congestion and the cryptocurrencies involved. Some transactions may be processed instantly, while others might take longer if additional verification is required or if the blockchain network is experiencing delays.

Do I need to create an account to use the exchange?

No, you do not need to create an account to start the exchange process. You can exchange cryptocurrencies without any registration.

Are there any fees for using the exchange?

Yes, there are exchange fees which are included in the conversion rate. The fees depend on the currencies being exchanged. The exact fees will be shown to you before you confirm your transaction.

What happens if I send the wrong amount or incorrect wallet address?

If the sent amount differs from your request by more than 10%, the exchange will be canceled, and your funds will be returned minus a commission fee. The contractor is not liable for transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses.

Can I cancel or modify my request after submission?

Once a request has been submitted, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel it, you must do so before the transaction starts processing. After processing has begun, the request cannot be reversed.
